Tsukune



The Ingredients:


500 g chicken breast.
10 cl soy sauce.
50g fine breadcrumbs.
1 small shallot.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 tablespoon oil.
1 tablespoon ground coriander a little garlic powder.
   salt, pepper. 
1  handful of chopped new onions.


Method:

Preparation 15 min/ cooking 20 minutes


 Cut chicken into small cubes and mix it with the chopped shallot, bread crumbs, ground coriander.

 Add salt, pepper, and a little garlic.

 Shaping in the preparation of pellets.

 Dissolve the sugar in the soybean oil.

 In a skillet heat the oil and turn the meatballs 2-3 minutes per side, then add sweet soy sauce and caramelize.

  Serve the Tsukune with sticky rice sprinkled and with spring onions.
